Count 3 AND FURTHER SAYS That Ashton Carleton Larmond, on or between the 1st of August 2014 and the 9th of January 2015, at or near the City of Ottawa, Ontario, and the City of Gatineau, Quebec, and elsewhere, did knowingly facilitate a terrorist activity, contrary to section 83.19 of the Criminal Code. Count 4 AND FURTHER SAYS That Ashton Carleton Larmond, on or between the 31st of August 2013 and the 9th of January 2016, at or near the City of Ottawa and the City of Gatineau, Quebec, and elsewhere, did knowingly participate in or contribute to, directly or indirectly, an activity of a terrorist group for the purpose of enhancing the ability of a terrorist group to facilitate or carry out a terrorist activity, contrary to section 83.18 of the Criminal Code.
