    UnitedState,areasonableattemptshallbemade,whenpracticable,todeterminetheimmigrationstatus
    ofthepersonexceptifthedeterminationmayhinderorobstructaninvestigation,Anypersonwhois

    arrestedshallhavethepersonsimmigrationstatusdeterminedbeforethepersonisreleased.Thislaw
    giveslawenforcementtheabilitytoraciallyprofilethosewhomtheybelieveareillegal.Thisracially
    profilesofLatinodescentduetothefactthatthesearethepeoplethatarebeingtargetedsinceMexico
    andLatinAmericabordersandissouthofthestateofArizona.Theintentofthislawistogetridof
    thosewhodonotlegallybelongwithinthiscountrybutatthesametimeweareraciallyprofilinghavea
    slightformofcovertracismduetothefactthattheLatinocommunitywillbegreatlyaffectedbythislaw
    inthestateofArizona.IwonderhowArizonagotthisbillpassedandstillhasitenactedduetothefact
    thisisgoingagainstanythingfromtheantidiscriminationlawswithinthisnation.
