In a September 6, email the shelters attorney promised to provide a copy of the
IRS form 1023 which he never sent.
Texas Department of State: May 13, 2008 received a first notification letter
about failing to file a required non-profit report. June 13, 2008 received a
second letter. October 15, 2008 SOS determined that because of the failure to
file the required report the shelter That the corporation forfeited its right to
conduct affairs in this state for failure to file said report. - May, June and
October letters On October 23, 2008 a report was filed, signed by Jennifer Lee
and according to a sos spokeswoman the corporation was restored to good
standing.
