January 8, 2015 ‘To Whom It May Concern: Thighly recommend Carlie Engels as a candidate for a teaching position, I had the pleasure of supervising her the past two summers at Pinnacle Peak Hlementary Summer School Program, Carlie has taught two sections of a math class called Shuffle Into Math; which had a range of ages and academic levels, She was able to adapt all her lessons to ensure her students were engaged, learning, and enjoying the class, Her extreme desire to have the students feel welcomed was always displayed. Carlie has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages, especially children. Her ability to connect with her students and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as ‘well as more advanced topics, are both truly superior. Carlie can work independently, and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She accomplishes these tasks with dependability, great initiative, and a very positive attitude.
