such companies in the Russian Federation through permanent
establishments on the cadastral value of the property.

Vehicle tax

From RUB 1 to 50 per horsepower depending on the engine


capacity, or RUB 200 per each means of transportation for other means of water and air transportation which do not have
engines.
These rates may be either increased or reduced by laws of the
constituent territories of the Russian Federation, but not more
than 10 times.
