Customer Support Engineer

(GHL SYSTEMS PHILIPPINES INC.)

Qualifications:

At least graduate of 2 years course of Computer Science, Computer Technology or any related courses.
Good knowledge of project or account management; ability to apply project management concepts to an
information technology environment;
Ability to use computer applications;
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
Ability to plan and organize; initiative; tact; resourcefulness; sound judgement;
Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specializing in IT Industry
Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced in Supervisory Role;
Knowledge in the banking industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

To provide support and assistance to the Operations Head in delivering services and tasks of positive economic
value to the Companys Operation;
To provide technical guidance and support to other members of the Operations group in support of their activities;
To act as point-person / project coordinator for all Operations project as may be assigned by the Operations Head;
To coordinate with other departments to facilitate processes and documentation to best serve clients;
To coordinate with clients on all operational matters to reinforce our efforts to provide them with the best service
possible;
To refer all other matters raised by the client (policies, financial, administrative, etc.) to appropriate departments;
To ensure compliance with all company policies and directives, most especially, on operation-related matters;
To set-up project work plan and calendar of schedules, and at the same, monitor, review and evaluate the
progress;
To comply with all other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
