The parties recognize that (Ohio State shall present Coach with a more thorough and formal employment contract addressing aéitional terms of employment inthe near future, Unt that ime, the parties hereby agree tothe below terms as follows: 1. Ohio State shal employ Coach as Assistant Coach -Footballfor aterm commencing on February 10, 2015 and terminating, without further notice to Coach, on Apri 30,2037 (Ohio state shall pay Coach total guaranteed cash compensation atthe rate of $400,000 per year forthe term: ‘commencing on February 10, 2015 and terminating on April 30, 2016, Coach shall receive compensation increases a approved bythe Board of Trustees fr contract tems beginning May 1, 2016, 3.
