Absence from Scolarship Allowance Distribution

This School Year, Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Engineering

celebrates its 36th year of existence in the academe. The college celebrates its founding
anniversary with various competitions to enhance the talents and knowledge of the
students, and to promote camaraderie amongst students.
Referring to the above mentioned subject, I, John Jerome G. Dizon, was unable to
attend due to the basketball championship game between Department of Electrical
Engineering and Department of Mechanical Engineering last Friday, February 13,and I
am one of the players to represent our department on that said game.
I deeply apologize for the inconvenience I caused and would be willing to make it up.
