To whom it may concern:

I would like to recommend to you Mrs. Cindy Elizondo in support of her
aspirations to be an Assistant Principal. She is highly motivated and well suited for
an administration position having completed all of her certifications deemed
necessary. Mrs. Elizondo is one of those teachers that are committed to the
instruction of her students as well as establishing a positive atmosphere for them.
Her dedication to the delivery and practice of the newest curriculum available is
commendable.
As the Team Leader of the Bilingual Teachers at Rick Schneider Middle School, I
have had many opportunities to work with many teachers who have substantial
knowledge of reading, writing, and math but none as innovative as her approach.
She has grown into a passionate teacher and team member that is willing to create
curriculum, tests, etc. to benefit the other members of her Professional Learning
Committee so that all students can be successful.
Each year I notice that only a few outstanding teachers offer a unique perspective
and really embrace their learning of the subject matter and teach their own students
with the fervor that Mrs. Elizondo exhibits. I have been privileged to see
substantial personal growth from a budding new teacher to a mature forthright
person. She exhibits many analytical skills and has the ability to grasp new ideas in
a manner that is far above the norm.
Despite all of her teaching responsibilities she has taken it upon herself to reach
beyond her classroom to be a leader for our Komen fund raising activities year
after year. This year she co-chaired the time consuming activities with such fervor

that our school raised the most money in the District. Her passion for helping this
cancer cause is commendable and became a reality because of her relentless
execution of excellent planning skills as well as the follow through to make it a
success.
Mrs. Elizondo continues to take on other school-wide activities such as collecting,
planning, and designing our Rick Schneider Middle School year book. This too, is
another long and tedious job that she deems necessary to provide to our students in
order to preserve their memories and later a posterity check.
It is my opinion that Mrs. Cindy Elizondo has shown many skills and substantial
growth in the three years in all academic as well as societal responsibilities. Her
diligent and excellent search for excellence in the educational field has made her a
teacher that will continue to learn all necessary aspects of whatever the job applied
for will need.
I am sure you will find her to be a persistent student as well as teacher, whose
talents will only shine further as she continues to grow and aspire to be the best
that she can be in order to help others. I would recommend her for any endeavors
