Quarter 4 <2040>
General Summary of Quarter 4
In this quarter, the efficiency of each subdivision had been stable which is around
70~80%. This stability of offices efficiency helps us manage our subdivisions easier. So its good
for our hairdressing salon to producing profits.
Somehow, the laboratory has lowered it efficiency down to 0%. Actually, we havent done
any research at that time because the company had spent a lot of money to hire the scientists.
Also, the old research cant be sold yet so we need to clear the storage first.
The weaving mill factory had recovered up since the prime cost started to drop. This helps
us set the selling price easier and more order are being delivered to the factory that is such a
good recovery. The quality of product had increased too.
In overall process, company had gone into the red since the clothing factory hadnt
produce profit as usual and laboratory need a huge budget in order to run it properly. We had
from this mistake and therell be no next time for getting in red,

Summary of Financial Profits and Losses


Overall, Hairdressing salon is the most profitable subdivision overtime. They can
generate profits for our company everyday even though the amount of profit has lowered
down.
As we knew that we have expanded the size of weaving mill and invented new
technology, the prime cost had gone up very high in quarter 2 and 3. But later, in this
quarter, the prime cost has dropped down almost at the same state as quarter 1 which lets us
sell the product in the lower price. We have set the product price less than the market price,
which is resulting in more order coming to the company. Because of these, weaving mill had
product lots of profit for company I the late of quarter4.
The decline of order in clothing factory had lead us getting into the red situation
too since it couldnt produce the product as usual because there was a shortage of material
supply. This made our company couldnt produce product and sell it to the market properly.

We can maintain the office efficiency to be stable which made our subdivisions work
properly. But there is one subdivision that had a zero percent of efficiency, which is the
laboratory.

We havent done any research in this quarter since we were concentrated on how to
lowered the prime cost of products. And we also thought that we have spent lot of
budget on laboratory but it didnt produce much benefits for our company so we think
that it would be better to stop any kind of activities.

Clothing factory had lost the order, which made our company getting less profits and
spending lots of money on the production site. Mean by, the clothing factory had made
our company getting into the red.

The prime cost of weaving mill had lowered down which made our company works more

From the table above, we can see that the shares value had dropped down around 3. We
think it might happen because of the low-order from clothing factory and lots of expenses on
the laboratory. We believe that the share values should be back up to the same state if we
decided to sell the clothing store and laboratory and let the weaving mill produce its profit.

From this pie chart, mostly money had been spent on salary or wages. And we can see that there are
not a lot of expenses in product purchase because we have closed two stores and we didnt receive the
material supplies from supplier. And we didnt have anything to store thats why the storage expenses
were zero.
