Perks of Violent Role Playing Video Games
Role playing video games with simulating violence are diverting to teens because it
teaches responsibility and leadership. It turns out that it demonstrates to kids how to be dedicated
and show effort to conquer goals. Role playing video games minimize academic worries from
teens, and creates friendships. Of even greater significance, this ultimately develops teamwork
and organization in the young adults.
Society is a place teens spend their lives. They have the desire to be safe, so they can
have fun. Role playing video games benefit the society because it keeps criminals or bad guys
busy, and prevents them from committing violent or dangerous crimes. Its proven that since more
and more violent video games have been released in the United States, the crimes rate has
dropped, and less crimes have been committed. Overall the games create a safer society
(Dashevsky).
Winning a fierce video game works best with a hardworking team. These role playing
video games encourage teens to build and generate healthy friendships. Thats not the only
benefit, role playing video games show teens how to work together as a team and knock out
players to achieve their goal (Martin). Not only is it more fun to have a strong friendship, but
working together as a team lowers the selfishness and greediness in teenagers too.
Most teens have the tendency to quit, and give up when things get tough. That is because
they lack dedication and dont put forth the effort. Role playing video games can help with teens

improving effort and dedication because winning a game isnt always easy. In order to win, all
the other players must be eliminated. Its not an easy job, especially when everyone playing the
game wants to win. No one will win if the dont try or quit. Winning the game can also require
strategy and organization. Role playing video games help those skills because the players need to
plan out and organize how and when they are going to take out a player (Martin).
Believe it or not, violent video games create responsible leaders. In this role playing
video game the high school is participating in, requires a judge. The judge isnt just someone to
make rules, they need to be watching the game at all times. Making sure whatever anyone does is
legal in terms of the game and is safe. Lots of pressure lies on the judges shoulders knowing if
he/she makes a mistake, it would look foolish. Plus, its also very tough to give all players equal
rights, another responsibility the judge needs to fulfill. A player during the game stated I had to
get special permission from the judge about the squirt fish (Martin). The judge needs to approve
the squirt fish not by opinion, but by the rules. These violent video games mold the judge and
players into responsible leaders.
Although some people think role playing video games are threatening to teens, role
playing video games are diverting to teens because it removes stress, and grants them the
knowledge of working as a team, and is also very safe. Even though there is violent content, its
proven that exposure to the video games do not cause teens to act aggressively (Essential Facts
About Games and Violence).
All in all, role playing video games with affective terrorism are amusing and helpful to
teens because it instructs them how to be a responsible leader. These games help tremendously
with improving teens effort level and organization. I used to think violent video games were
awful that would create criminals and would be a bad influence, but now looking at it at this

point of view I realized violent role playing video games build a secure and safe society. Some
people think these video games are intruding to academics. In the article Teens are Adopting
Stress Habits Fifty-four percent of all teens get stressed out from school. The purpose of role
playing video games is to decrease the amount of stress teens are getting. Furthermore, if anyone
is bored or has nothing to do, try violent role playing video games! In the end everyone wants to
be a responsible leader that works well with others, fierce role playing video games will help.
