AUTHORIZATION TO HONOR FUNDS TRANSFERS DIRECTED BY FRISKY DEALS
You are hereby authorized, as a convenience to me, to pay to my above account by transfer of funds (whether by automatic credit entry or
any means permitted by law) directed by Frisky Deals for commission payments on scheduled commission payment dates. This authority is to
remain in effect until revoked by me in writing and until you actually receive such notice and have reasonable opportunity to act on it.
I agree that you shall be fully protected in making any such transfer of funds. I further agree that, if any such transfer be rejected, whether
with or without cause and whether intentionally or inadvertently, Frisky Deals shall be under no obligation to make a second attempt whatsoever.

AGREEMENT
By signing below I authorize Frisky Deals to direct a transfer of funds, to be made direct deposit to my bank account or any other means
permitted by law (a payment transfer), to my account This Authorization shall continue until
A) I send my cancellation of authorization, in writing, to Frisky Deals, or
B) Frisky Deals exercises its right to discontinue this service to me.
I understand any outstanding balances following any cancellation is still my responsibility to repay, and I agree to do so by authorizing Frisky
Deals to automatically debit my account for the balance owing amount. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the agreement
information above and agree to all terms and conditions contained below.
Terms and Conditions
1. Payment transfer will be made monthly. The entry on my financial institutions account statement that a payment transfer has been
made will be my notice of Frisky Deals payment. Any requirements for giving notice of the payment due are waived so long as the
Automatic Deposit Plan (Plan) is in effect.
2. Payments made to Visa Pay Cards are subject to withdrawal fees as pertaining to the country the card is issued in. I understand and
accept that a card issued not in my resident country, as per my choice above, is subject to higher withdrawal/user fees.
3. Frisky Deals may terminate my participation in the Plan at any time without prior notice if my financial institution refuses to accept a
payment, transfer for any reason.
4. The Plan may be terminated at any time by Frisky Deals or myself by written notice to the other party(ies). I understand that this will
also alleviate Frisky Deals from making future commission payments unless and until other arrangements for payment are made
according to the then applicable credit policies and procedures of the Company. Any such notification to Frisky Deals shall be effective
only with respect to payment transfers directed by Frisky Deals after Frisky Deals has received the notification and has had a
reasonable opportunity to act on it.
