REPRIMAND: {if mere spec fs needed, use adatenalpegos) As a result of the Intemal Affairs Investigation (Case #ADM 13-027), attached hereto and incorporated herein an allegation of Improper Procedure and Misconduct against Officer Alfredo Matias was Substantiated, On January 28, 2013, the Intemal Affairs Section received correspondence from Mr. Richard Diaz where he alleged acts of misconduot committed by Officer Alfredo Matias, Officer Willie Smnith, and Officer Luis Valdes, members of the Crime Suppression Unit on March 10, 2012. An internal investigation was commenced regarding the events that occurred during this operation, Upon completion of this investigation, the following facts were revealed: On March 12, 2010, the Crime Suppression Unit (C.S.U,) reveived information from Mr, Allen Brookins, ‘who was a registered confidential informant, about the sale of narcotics by an Affican American male, later identified as Mr. Robert Steward, in the Rainbow Village housing complex.
