CANDIDATE REFLECTIONS:
(Minimum of 3-4 sentences per question)

1. Briefly describe the field experience. What did you learn about technology facilitation and
leadership from completing this field experience?
I learned about all of the great ways to incorporate technology into the classroom. I learned the
qualifications for good technology tools and good online projects. I learned about engaged
learned indicators and how to incorporate them into projects and lessons. I learned how to coach
teachers to help them be better and more confident with online projects.
2. How did this learning relate to the knowledge (what must you know), skills (what must you
be able to do) and dispositions (attitudes, beliefs, enthusiasm) required of a technology
facilitator or technology leader? (Refer to the standards you selected in Part I. Use the
language of the PSC standards in your answer and reflect on all 3knowledge, skills, and
dispositions.)
Learning everything that we did in this project helped me realize that being a technology is going
to be harder than I thought it would be. I will need a nice and a patient disposition in order to
reach the most amounts of people. I will have to be confident in my skills and my abilities to
encourage more people to ask for help. I must be able to learn quickly and think on my feet.
3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or
student learning at your school. How can the impact be assessed?
It affected my ability to help others. This will in turn help improve the school. I read several case
studies that will allow me to apply better practices at my school. I learned about the change theory
which will help me be more affective in the change that I wish to affect. The impact will be able
to be assessed after school starts and I am able to implement all of the ideas that I have brewing in
my head.
