I was encouraged by the Police Liaison Team Leader, Rob Irving to get in touch
regarding a protest/march I am doing in conjunction with several UK
Organizations, as follows:

LeftUnity UK
Exeter Socialists
Exeter Interfaith
Exeter Students Guild, Exeter University

The working date I confirmed with PC Irving is the 7 th of February, 2015. The
schedule for the event will tentatively be between these working hours: 11:00a
to 12:30p. With myself and other planners arriving at 9:00a to setup for the
event.
We want this to be a peaceful event that promotes awareness on the media
saturated protests of Ferguson, Eric Garner and police brutality across the US, we
want to help resist the desire to assume that all police are the same, also, as this
is a UK event, as I shared with PC Irving, racism in the UK has been vocally and
statistically on the rise since 2001, after 9/11. So, the event will also be
responding to these perspectives.
The path will be from Belmont Park to Sidwell Street and down to Princesshay (to
then end in front of the square near Debenhams; which needs to be request and
confirmed by the Centre Manager. Could I request his information or a virtual
introduction at your convenience?
