Teaching and Learning Like Champions Every
Single Day

We must remember that

intelligence is not enough.
Intelligence plus character-that is the goal of true
education. - Dr. Martin
Luther King Jr.

Definition of Classroom
Management
A well managed classroom is a positive
learning environment in which students feel
safe physically, intellectually, and emotionally.
Classroom management is the art of balancing
positive and negative consequences,
student/teacher rapport, and engaging subject
matter to create an intrinsic classroom culture
that is conducive to learning at all levels

Discipline Philosophy

In order to create a positive learning

environment, I aim to create a classroom
culture that is easy going, but structured
through fair dispersal of consequences and
rewards, consistency, and an intentionally
strict classroom environment from day
one.
