The Rate/Hr figures within the Component Summaries were developed using
the Centerline BUILDER files posted on this CatMiner BUILDER Downloads
page with the following assumptions:

No optional attachments included, and in the case of any mandatory

attachments - the no charge or lowest cost base option is used.
Reman was used where available for the minor components (i.e.
pumps, turbos, other engine 'hang-on' components, etc.)
For major components, the default '1st OH, 2nd OH, then replace with
Reman' strategy as indicated in the centerline files was used.
PMs without fluids.
$102/hr and $93/hr for field and shop labor rates respectively (USD).
No intervals, labor times, or replacement %'s were changed from what
is in the centerline files (which should represent a medium application).
Term - 60,000 hrs for the Off-Highway Trucks, 45,000 hrs for other
machines.
In Calculator, 80% before failure percentage used.
Rates reflect Customer List prices.
Rates do not include tires.
