Your clarifications are substantially responsive and therefore the offered surge arrester (Model: YH10W24 of M/s Chint
Electric Co. Ltd) is approved for use in the above Contract.
The offered surge arrester shall fully comply with the technical specifications in the Contract Documents and be suitable
for the purpose. This approval shall not relieve CNEEC-MAAMAAR JV of any responsibility or liability imposed upon it by
any provisions of the Contract.
