The government establishes the law by three-fourths of the

states, not by the people. The government has much more power than
the states now because the national government. Now, the state has
much more power than before and sometimes it blocks the federal

the states is providing less and less fund on the college and high

There are several reasons that the state cut the education
funding. First of all, the state revenue is low during the recessions. The
state still processes in recovery from the recession in 2008. Second of
all, the costing of school is rising. As the population of student is rising,
the education funding costs more and more so that the state cannot
afford. Third of all, the state has to avoid the rising the costing.
Federal government did not step up to help the state situation.

In conclusion, who should regulate guns? There are many
different opinions. The state and federal government have to get
together and unite their idea in order to control guns effective.
