Resolution No. 2015- 001

A resolution requesting the management and board of directors (BOD)

of ILECO III to allow the ILECO III BAPAs to collect of an amount of fifty pesos
(50.00) for the payment of BAPA certificate/ clearance inorder to avail of an
income and improve the collection efficiency of all operational BAPAs.
Whereas, all operational BAPAs are in need of an income to use and
spend for its expenses in order to promote and support its projects,
programs, services and for the welfare of the members and the association
as a whole.

Whereas, the main goal of BAPA is to help the ILECO III administration
to improve and to increase the BAPA collection efficiency from 85%- 100%.
Whereas, BAPA established as a supportive/ implementing arm of
ILECO III. Therefore, BAPAs collaborate for the success of its program which
is the improvement of collection efficiency.
Whereas, the BAPAs wanted and pray the success of the entire ILECO
III services, programs, mission, vision and as well as the cooperative
movement.
Now, therefore, on motion of Mrs. Yolanda Carique, duly sereby conded
by Mr. Rustico Gustilo Jr. be it.
Resolved, as it hereby resolved, to request the management and Board
of Directors (BOD) of ILECO III, the ILECO III BAPAs to allow to collect of an
amount of fifty pesos (50.00) for the payment of BAPA certificate/ clearance
in order to avail of an income and improve the collection efficiency of all
operational BAPAs.
Resolved further, to furnish copies of this resolution to the
management and Board of Directors (BOD) office for their favorable action
and approval.
