The article fails to mention this very important fact: a copper IUD (Paragard) can be used as emergency contraception. It can be inserted up to five days
after unprotected sex and it is much move effective than ANY emergency contraceptive pill currently on the market. Counseling women about IUDs during
an appointment for emergency contraception is the ethical thing to do because it provides women with more options to take control of their fertility. Even if
they do not have the IUD inserted that day or week, it provides them with the knowledge that if they so choose, they could have a form of contraception
does not require emergency trips to the clinic or pharmacy.
Our reaction is we finally found out that this article are interesting and are helpful, we havent known this interesting fact before.
