Since the Dela Rosa carpark is surrounded by office buildings and condominiums

our target market would be the employees and other office workers surrounding the area.
The supply of food are mostly chicken, rice, bread and pasta. Knowing that they work 8hrs
a day we can assume that they have little time to spend in breaks and eating.

To be able to satisfy the demands of the target market the menu that we will offer
should be budget flexible and fast to prepare. We came up with the idea of a mexican type
of restaurant with a filipino twist. This restaurant would offer a variety of choices that you
can customize according to what you wanna eat and how much you are willing to pay.
