REQUEST FOR RENEWAL OF CONTRACT FOR ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR

We would like to request for a renewal of contract for Mr. Brian M.Touray on the position of
Organisational Development Advisor from April 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015, as his current one
finishes at the end of this month.
Brian is currently conducting a Rapid Assessment Research on WASAA with stakeholders
and has not yet finalized data collection from some important stakeholders such as WASAA
board members. It is important that he finalizes this assessment as the information is critical
for developing an effective Strategic Plan for WASAA. WASAA also believes Brian would be
better placed to drive the development process of the said Strategic Plan.
We therefore seek for a renewal of contract for Brian in order for him to finalize the
assessment exercise as well as the WASAA strategic plan document.
