to your class participation grade.

Teacher Selections = These are the assignments that you a required to include in your
portfolio. If you were absent, you need to make-up the work when you return so you can
include it in your portfolio. If you cannot find an assignment that you already completed,
you will not receive credit for it.
Student Selections = These are assignments that have not been picked by the
teacher, but that you have decided to include in your portfolio. You should choose your

class notes, journal entries or assignments that have already been assigned a grade.
Refer to the following list for items that can be included in your portfolio:
1. Band of Brothers Days of Days
2. Band of Brothers Why we Fight
3.
Self Evaluation
Before turning in your portfolio, you must grade yourself on each of the assignments
included. You must complete the self-evaluation before turning in the portfolio. Here are
some questions to reflect on as you evaluate each assignment in the portfolio.
1. Is the assignment complete?
2. Did you follow the assignment instructions?
3. Did you meet all of the assignment requirements?
4. How much effort did you put into this assignment?
Your grade will be reduced if you have not completed the self-evaluation.
Teacher Evaluation
After you have reviewed your work, Mr. Bernstein will determine the final grade for your
portfolio. If you would like to discuss your portfolio grade with Mr. Bernstein , you can
