GENERAL
This procedure prepared to recruit the skilled workers for PTTChem Furnace
Project. TWRE will recruit and employ, in conformity with Government Labor Acts,
other applicable laws and local regulations, reliable and experienced labor in
sufficient force with the required skills and qualifications.
TWRE will be fully responsible for staffs and work force and shall advise employees
to refrain from participating in any illegal gatherings and disorderly acts but to
exhibit only the utmost in good conduct.

1. Labor Employment Flow

Labor will be employed by HR Team in Home office with Following Flow Chart.
TWRE HR team will always secure 10~15 % of surplus manpower preventive
measure for Manpower loss (resign).
