GENERAL This method statement describes the construction sequence, procedure for the Pouring concrete work for the Plant 2 Debottleneck Project. The purpose of this method statement is herein preformed for all equipment Foundation and structure work. The method statement is to give a general guide line for the construction. The details of the procedures may be modified base upon actual site requirements. The concrete work shall be follow PTTCH specification no, PS-J-024. 2. MAIN EQUIPMENT Mobile crane Concrete dump truck Bucket Vibrator machine Temporary gutter 3. SURVEY WORK ‘The construction drawing with clarification of line and elevation shall be provided by contractor. Location and elevation checked for work should be performed by contractor surveyor according to specification and shail be approved before pouring concrete. 4. POURING CONCRET WORK Before pouring concrete should be checked by contractor and witness by Consultant. Condition checked. a. Area pouring concrete should be clear and cleaning. b. Concrete coverage checked. c. Reinforcing bar and formwork checked. 4d.
