1. First I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to interview, it is very
helpful for my education and for myself.

2. What audience are you trying to reach out to on your website? Why is that?
3. In what ways are you trying to influence the people visiting your website to be a
part of your project?
4. What kind of feelings and emotions are you trying to create with the content on
your website.
5. I have noticed that many pictures/banners are used on the landing page of the
website. What kind of message would you say that they are giving?
6. On the blog linked on the website, you are sharing information, progress on goals,
challenges and success in the organization. What kind of reaction/emotions are you trying
to evoke through the blog?
7. How are you reaching out to people in need who may not have ability to view
information online. What other ways of communicating are used to reach out to those?

8. As Director of Community impact, writing is essential and important part of your
job. In what way are you personally using writing and to what audience. How is your
writing adapted in specific situations?
9. After reviewing the attached board report that I got through email, I noticed the
formal language and the clear structure in the writing. Are there situations where you are
using different kind of structure and language in your writing? Could you give an
example?
How is statistics used to create credibility and trust?
10. When reading the job description for your position, I noticed that knowledge in
statistical programs like SPSS were preferable. In what way are you using statistics in
you job and how are they presented to your audience? Can you give an example?

How many people are involved?
12. What arguments are used, which evidences are used to support these arguments
and what feelings are you trying to create?
13. Could you compare this writing artifact with, for example, the Geographic
Impact Group Outline that you attached. In what way are these two artifacts different?
What purposes do they both have?
Competitors and Future plans:
14. What are the future plans for FB SB C when it comes to reaching out to people.
Are there any plans to use other writing mediums, like social media (Facebook,
Instagram) to reach out to certain target groups?
15. Do you write with one region in mind, or do you try to make the writings
universal/multicultural?
16. In what way are you trying to differentiate yourself - in flyers and on your website
