Familiarizing myself with the unseen work that goes


into effective building leadership will better prepare
me as a future building leader, as well as, a current
leader among my colleagues.

In an ever-changing society filled with numerous


forms of diversity, it is imperative that we as
educators strive to mold tolerant global citizens who
value differences and respond positively to change.

Curriculum is the essential information and skills


students should master in order to be productive,
contributing members of society who value learning
as a lifelong process.
