-Award: Up to 5 winners(1st-$1000, 2nd-$800, 3rd-$600,
4th-$400, 5th-$200)
-Topic: Should the Engineer of Record (who has sealed a
set of plans) be held responsible, to any degree, for injury
or death to builders or bystanders that occurs during the
construction of his/her design?
-Paper to not exceed 2,000 words in length
-Essays to be sent to Dr. Babcock (rbabcock@hawaii.edu)
by January 12th
