Good day!
Giltedge Trading Corporation would like to deliver the
remaining three items that were found out to be lacking in the
records, as follows:
1. NGT Tube F-8
2. Typing Sera, Ant-A & B
3. Chromic 2/0

We would like to inform you that Typing Sera vials are only
available at 10ml and that the 5 ml under the PO no longer exists
in the market. Therefore, we would like to replace and deliver a
10ml vial to replace the 5ml vial without additional costs.
Undertaking is herein attached for the expiration of the item
above-mentioned.
However, with respect to the item 3 sets of occult blood
test reagent, 200 test, we would like to provide you with
documents that said item were already delivered and were not
return to our possession. Attached herein is the copy of the
original delivery receipt signed by PGSO personnel (Annex A)
and our own copy of the items delivered also signed by your
Personnel (Annex B), that will identify that the item 3 SETS OF
OCCULT BLOOD TEST were actually/physically delivered to PGSO.
