He is democracy typical of leadership.

Negotiation
3) Do you agree or disagree with his approach to resolving conflict?
I agree because he can solve the problems even it is hard, 2 side of community
being racist to each other it make could make any conflict, but then the
problem is solved.
4) Why did it make a difference for teachers and other African-American professionals
to march in Selma? What difference did white allies make?
Because, make a difference for teachers and other African-American
professionals to march in Selma could make people become stronger,
although previous the had a fight between two race but then from it white and
black people make an support to each race, it could make them stronger to
voting rights. However, in the beginning of the move where is a group of black
only support their race and also white people, but then because white people
inspired by the movement of black people and then they become confederate
voting rights to the government.

into their strategy?
Selma campaign about the situation in a group of a black people then they sharing
about the terrible situation in election and then they found what on black people
minds. Therefore, day by day the supporter for the leader increased and they were
stronger.
