Boko Haram attacks in Nigeria
A huge terrorist group named Boko Haram is threatening the lives of everyone in Nigeria, they have been bombing innocent people, their churches, their villages. They have been 3 kidnapping and assassinating people. When they kidnap people they have been known to 2 record how they behead them , when this started they didn't know the actual beheading but then as word of this started to get spread around Boko Haram would record every detail of how they made these innocent people suffer.
After effects of Boko Harams attack on Nigeria.
To everyone these people were innocent and
did not deserve any of this but to Boko Haram these people were unholy because they were 1 Christian. Everyone that they kill has some sort of relationship to christians. Supposedly the people who make Boko Haram are influenced by the Koranic phrase Anyone who is not governed by what Allah has 1 revealed is among the transgressors. Seven years later in 2009 Boko Haram started to attack police stations and other government 2 building in Maiduguri. These shootouts killed hundreds of Boko Harams men and made thousands of residents of Maiduguri to flee the city. Boko Haram lost that day, their fighters got captured and their leader Mr. Yusuf was killed. It was then released to the public that Boko Haram was done, but then a new leader rose, Abubakar Shekau, and he regrouped new fighters. In 2013 the US started to see it as a terrorist group, thus restoring its power it started to kill yet again.
Abubakar Shekau, Boko Haram's leader
It was said a while ago that every move that Boko Haram made was very alike or even similar to ISIS. News recently said that both leaders to Boko Haram and ISIS have now 2 formed an alliance. These two terrorist groups have made a new force that many countries will not be able to handle. Nigeria couldn't handle Boko Haram by itself even as Africa's richest country then how will it be able to stand up to both of these terrorist?
Pollution and Sickness in Nigeria
Africa has been in many insanitation problems for the past years, but this shouldn't be expected from its richest country Nigeria which ranks among the 20 most economic countries in the world. Nigeria has been in as many problems due to HIV/AIDS and children dying from diarrhea 5 due to its toxic water. Nigeria has a lot of power compared to the rest of Africa and with this power and money I think that they should start to create technology that will help them solve this crisis.
people in Africa. So I think Nigeria was given
all this money because it had more people to keep safe.

Trash built in Makurdi in the River Benue.
The River Benue looking south from Jimeta.
The Benue River, the second biggest river in Nigeria is being contaminated more and more from heavy metals, and from being dumped garbage very often, and many are still forced to drink and bathe from this water, making the casualties more and more year after year. Just a tiny fraction of the 600,000 people in Nigeria 4 have access to clean water. I think the only reason Nigeria does struggle in keeping its people healthy is because they have such a large population, Nigeria does have the a lot of money, but it also sustains the most amount of

Yet, it has been known to try and solve this
problem with the money it was given but that was never really the problem, in 2001 Nigeria spent $26.4 million to try and build a water treatment facility with a daily capacity of 45,000 cubic meters, sadly $6.2 million and seven years later the project failed, no one could give a clear answer of what made 4 the project stop. In 2008 they started the same project again, except this time they paid $42 million to double the daily capacity 4 to 100,000 cubic meters. As good as this sounds the construction has been two years behind schedule. I think that Nigeria is capable of doing a lot of good for its country but it is missing a bit of responsibility to be able to help itself.
