Patrick Rhatigan Is A Highly

Committed Commander
Colonel Patrick J Rhatigan is a highly dedicated
commander of the 19th Airlift Wing at Little Rock
Air Force Base, Arkansas. He works in concert
with the 314th Airlift Wing (AETC), 189th Airlift
Wing (ANG), 22nd Air Force Detachment 1
(AFRC) and the United States Air Force Weapons
School (ACC) in all aspects of C-130 training.

Facing Today's Air Force Changes
In order to maintain its air power and dominance,
the Air Force needs the latest airpower theories,
updated policies and processes, modernized
technology and weapons systems. Colonel
Patrick J Rhatigan has a knack for identifying
these things and moving into great leadership
roles. He helps other military personnel in facing
today's Air Force changes, popularly known as Air
Force Transformation within the military
organization.

Patrick Rhatigan was the President


of the Class of 1987 in Bethpage
Patrick Rhatigan was the President of the Class of
1987 in Bethpage. Here, Patrick has a tremendous
career and he and his family is looking forward to
spend their time in Arkansas. The Bethpage
Educational Foundation is a non-profit organization
that seeks to provide meaningful assistance to the
educational program in the Bethpage Schools.
They support programs for students, teachers and
parents with a charter recognized by New York
State and the Internal Revenue Service. Bethpage
is proud of alumnus Colonel Patrick Rhatigan, who
belongs from the class of 1987.

Col. Patrick J Rhatigan Graduated


from the U.S. Air Force Academy in
1991
Colonel Patrick J Rhatigan graduated from the U.S.
Air Force Academy in 1991 with a degree in
English Literature. He earned his pilot wings at
Williams AFB, Arizona in 1992. He has commanded
an air refueling squadron in combat and flown
numerous types of airlift missions, including VIP
transport, nuclear logistics, strategic resupply
medical evacuation, and combat airlift. As the Chief
of the Prime Nuclear Airlift Force at McChord AFB,
he was responsible for the worldwide logistical
movement of nuclear weapons.
