*Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes
*Brush the inside of your teeth (where your
tongue touches your teeth)
*Change your toothbrush every 3 months
*Brush 2 times a day!
*Dont put a cap over your toothbrush after
brushing; let it dry all the way!

*Floss your teeth

once a day to
remove plaque and
food that's stuck
between your teeth.
*Limit sweets and
sugary drinks, like
soda.
*See your dentist
twice a year for
regular checkups
