I currently substitute daily in Washington County for the Special Education Department. I am assisting children with
special needs with incorporating my teaching style to their learning levels.

I currently co-own a complete building maintenance and construction company that services large facilities in the
DMV area with Hall of Famer Darrell Green formerly of the Washington Redskins. We are a small business that
have acquired large contracts with the government and other local companies.

I was responsible for educating students from grade 1, 2, 3 and 6. I planned and conducted daily curriculum and
collaborated with colleagues in creating a healthy and safe atmosphere in the inner city. Behavior and progress of
children; planned individual education follow-up to prepare students for second grade.

Copy edit and supervise the writing, formatting, and layout process of producing bi-weekly college newspaper.
Wrote and complied stories as well as edited for the newspaper. I was responsible for a staff of 10 members from
print and broadcast staff. Duties included creating graphics and page layout designs, editing as well as production
manager.
