Learn the nutrition analysis software and analyze any recipes given to you by the dietitian 4, Understand the relationship between the dietitian and the other health care staff. Draw an organizational chart. Interview at least two staff members and understand theit jobs. Summarize your findings. Evaluation: 1, Include all information and summaries in Wellness notebook and tum in to DI Director one week after the conclusion of the rotation 2. The preceptor will evaluate your communication with health center staff using the Evaluation of Communication with Health Care Team form.
