From the program of World Book Day, the students learnt the importance of

reading books. Students from every section of class three worked together to
prepare projects on different famous writers. Thus they gathered knowledge about
famous writers and their literary works. Their research skills were enhanced through
this project. Also students of different section auditioned to present on the stage on
the day of the program. Their presentation skills and research skills for presentation
were developed through this audition. The students who presented, their confidence
levels were boosted up during the program. The guest speaker entertained the
students with 2 entertaining stories. It was a treat and exclusive opportunity for the
students to enjoy the art of professional story telling. This was a short way to incline
our students towards stories and books.
