Worked for two seasons with the team as an intern. Reported directly to the general manager of the organization. As the only returning
intern my second season, I supervised six first-year interns in the set up and take down at the venue. During games I provided
leadership at the box office, concession stand, merchandise stand and in the gymnasium for the other interns. I ensured quality
customer service to guests during games and facilitated the time-out and halftime contests with the fans at games.
