Enforce referential integrity in all database

relationships.

When you create a

relationship click enforce
referential integrity. The
purpose of referential
integrity is to prevent
orphan records. You
enforce referential
integrity by enabling it for
a table relationship. Once
enforced, Access will
reject any other operation
that would violate

the create tab, click table and
from there you can input your
information.

all your information that
you would like in a table.

Apply an existing advanced filter to a table.

Home field under sort and
filter, select the advanced
button, go down to
Advanced Filter/Sort to
filter your tables.

Table Organization: Relationships

The relationship is used to cross reference information between tables.
Here I have created 2 different relationships, a one-to-one, and a one-tomany.

To export data information

from a data, you select the
data that you would like to be
exported, select EXTERNAL
DATA, and click Excel.

Once you export the data you

want to be exported. Select the
first box, and if you want the
whole chart to go somewhere
or you can also select the
bottom box which only exports
the selected information.

totals button, and then in the dropdown list

Create a Report

To create a report, go to the create tab, click

report, and click one of the reports that you
need to make.
