Summary of Self Evaluation What are my strengths at the end of the semester? « Communication skills are one of the major strengths that I have developed over this semester. In the beginning, I was hesitant to approach my peers and clinical faculty but now I feel better about my interaction with other abilities. * Tam good with performing head to toe assessment. I can easily identify the area of priority during case studies and prioritize my assessment according to patient needs. + Time management is important in nursing. I have learned to organize my time by prioritizing the importance of one task from another. What are my areas of development at the end of the semester? + Sharing the knowledge I have retained from my reading with my peers during class discussions. «Present my works and skills with confidence. I am not always confident while performing my skills.
