I demonstrated

placement. I followed the
rules and regulations of

my responsibilities as a
student nurse. When
helping with my resident I
applied theory-based

In the beginning of placement

uncertainties of
communication were a
problem. As the semester
progressed I got more
involved with my resident and
the health care team which
helped strengthen the

helped with reading the MAR

was unable to advocate for
myself or others because of
nervousness. After receiving
feedbacks from my peers, I
was able to advocate more
effectively as I figured out the
areas in which I did not do as
well in that week. When
helping my client, I used
correct techniques and
maintained a safe environment
for my client and for others.
