AFFIDAVIT

I, Lindey A. Lohan, of legal age, single, with residence at Unit 2201, Joya
Building, Rockwell, Makati, employed as a model of Elite International, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:
1. I received a call on August 23, 2013 from Ms. Pares Hilton. She offered me a business
oppurtunity;
2. On August 30, 2013 at around 11:00 PM, I went to Barcino, Rockwell, Makati. I went
there carrying my bag containing my cellphone, cigarrete, lighter, wallet, and makeup
only;
3. When I arrived there, I saw Pares Helton together with another person. The person was
later known to me to be as Ms. Justine JV Berber. Justine JV Berber offerred me a
job to appear in her birthday for a consideration and I accepted the offer. She handed me
the a white envelope and she said that it was a downpayment for my services;
4. After taking the whte envelope, I opened it and started counting the money;
5. While in the act of counting the money, several people came and represented themselves
as police officers. One of the officers, later known as Eltun John, handcuffed me;
6. While I was being handcuffed, Justin JV Berber got my bag and opened it. I saw Mr.
Berber taking a brown envelope. He opened it and saw sachets of powder-like substance.
7. I was brought to the police station and got detained;
8. I have nothing more to say at this time.

personally appeared Lindey A. Lohan, with Drivers License No. N25-07-007777 issued by the
Land Transportation Office on 10 January 2012, known to me to be the same person who
executed the foregoing instrument, and who acknowledged to me that the same is his free act and
deed.
