(hereinafter Michael Rosenthal)

This agreement is a commitment between ISP and Michael Rosenthal. By signing this
agreement, Michael Rosenthal agrees to make a presentation about business culture in
China for participants of the MBA course from University of Pittsburgh. The presentation will
take place on May 1st 2015 in a conference room of Shanghai Central Hotel (555 Jiujiang
Road, Huangpu, 100006, Shanghai China).
ISP agrees to pay Michael Rosenthal for his services a fee of USD 500 in cash due May 1 st
2015.
