1.Learning Conditions
Trainee
They are 20 student in the class and each student has at least a
General certificate of secondary education in the natural sciences and
each student has contract with company ,and the age of them between
19 to 24 and all students are together along well and collaborators .
also they have ability to understand the topic well ,and this is
important points of interest that is found in the student . and I well
make discussion with them about everything.

Classroom

I have theory and practical lesson and I have power point I will use it in
presentation of the lesson to make the lesson interesting. That will help
me to transfer the knowledge to the trainees easily , and I will use
whiteboard and I will give the student handout about the topic.

College
The college is SEHAI Saudi electronic house appliance Institute . the
trainer are Philippines and Japanese . they have good experience . I will
use 2.210 classroom and the lesson will be at 11:20 am , I will use
some deferent method also I will try to motivate the students to make the
lesson more interesting . I organized everything before lesson.

2.1 Curriculum Analysis:

The department is Computer and Information Technology ,the


major is

programming

the course name Advanced

Computer Applications. The courses code is PRG 102,it has no


prerequisites , it is given in trimester three ,and it has two credit
points .The contact hours are (hours per week) the lecture has
no hour ,and it has four hours for workshop /laboratory hours
,but the tutorial has no hour. This course consists of several
topics manage the trainee to knows advanced possibilities to
the most common office applications (Excel & Access) which
help the computer's user to achieves their works in profession
way . the objectives

My lesson the students will learn the information about access
and what is an access and what is the competent of access and
for what using . This lesson has forty hours.
2.2 Content Analysis:
The Microsoft access contains several contents, but the contents which will give
in the lesson are the most important. First the introduction is about
Microsoft and office. Second, history about access and contain
what is deferments or enhancements in access such as 97 ,
2000 , 2003 , 2007 . Third , why did we use an access . Fourth
the definition of access "what is an access?" . Fifth, the student
will the features of access . Sixth the competent of access and

that contain how to open new document of access . The students


just need to have very simple idea about access and the students have to
understand English
language because the access command and codes work by English language.

didactic Analysis:

We use the principle of Didactic Reduction Horizontal by making the lesson


from abstract to simple for understanding, because we use picture and paper
to reach the idea easily. Next, the didactic approach is deductive (from general
to specific), because our lesson start with general information like
introduction about database, database definition and the history of database.
The trainees interest gets by giving a good motivation and using students in
some explanations. The lesson will be vivid by making the font on whiteboard
clear and the design of the PowerPoint simple and understandable to trainees.
Activate the trainees by some practice and explanation using the students. The
consolidate new content by going general in your topic and from the details of
your topic, the trainer can get new content.

Methodology Analysis
I have to inform the students about the lengths of the lecture.
I have to give a time limit to the trainees . I have to keep my
eye contact to the student. I have to make classroom
conversation, I have to give time when I ask question and

giving student time to think about the question. I have to


change the question style to be understood for the student
