I'm actually curious to see what you have come up with so far to test the clarity of instructions. Ideally, this design
should give you flexibility without micromanaging your creativity. Of course, this could also lead to some vague
instuctions. So, I'm working on that now. Please feel free to let me know what your thoughts are, vent, or just let me
know what holes you are encountering. With your help, the goal is to find the balance between creative freedom and
specific outcomes.
I'll be in touch soon.

Hi Tom
I did not start yet because you said there would be assets to use as well and I was waiting on getting those. I did not
want to spend time going down a direction to find that your assets were different.

If you just want me to interpret it in my own way, given what you've provided so far, I'm happy to do that.

Hi Tina,
Something is a miss on my end. There should be some assets available to you but obviously you have not gotten
them. Yes, please do interpret it in your own way. That way I can see how close or far off my directions were.

Hi Tom,
I'm going to have to pull other images because these are all ones that require payment for them. I'll do my best to
find images I feel fit best, but if you need different ones, please send them my way with the resource credit info.
Thank you!

Hi Tina,
Those images are more of a guideline as the particular lights are not the focus. The element of lighting can be
represented in any fashion (candles, flashlights, etc). It is very open to interpretation even though there are so called
standard lights, there is still a wide range of lighting instruments.
Thank you,
Tom
P.S. sorry for the delayed response.

Continued researching and pulling images / assets for the project, modifying lesson storyboard to be more relevant
to learning outcomes and completed slide placeholders for draft file in captivate - posted to server

So I have the project started, I did combine a few slides to help with making the lesson more succinct and I am still
adding images, animations, etc. But if you have any comments/questions please let me know. :)

Hope you had a great weekend. Could we meet tomorrow night? Perhaps around 5 or 6? Video chat would be good
but IM will work too.

Hi Tina,
Tuesday after 7:30 will be great. I am still not able to view the project from the ePortfolio so the plan is to take a look
at it tomorrow and touch base with how you are feeling with the project so far.
Thank you,
Tom

The link is in ilearn and you can access it online, with a web browser that can handle flash.
It loads fine for me, I tested it on different computers as well - are you having an issue viewing it or is it because you
do not have access to viewing it on your laptop? Or no access to ilearn? The prototype was not required to be posted
on my portfolio, only on ilearn.
Please let me know.
I don't have any questions, if you have comments is like to ear those. Otherwise I'll keep going. I've already been
working on it since last week, so it will be a lot of extra work if I have to change directions now.

Tom,
I'm not sure what the issue is... maybe your connection? Prof. Lara was able to view it without issue and he has
already graded it. I really wish you had tried to view it last week and I posted comments asking you to let me know by
the 9th, I've also sent you emails touching base.

Now it's a bit late in the game and if you need changes, it will add a lot more time - I will do my best to accommodate
your requests. I've followed your original outline, but made adjustments to the assessments to keep inline with what
you were trying to teach and I had to pull all of the assets for the project, I've done that trying to stay close to what
you requested.
To be honest, I kind of feel like you've left me hanging here, you have not been getting back to me with feedback, the
brief was not entirely clear and the script had some issues - that I emailed you about previously - but I'm really doing
the best I can with what I was given.
Once you are finally are able to view it, please let me know the feedback. I'll do what I can to address your
needs/concerns.
Thanks,
Tina

Hi Tina,
You are headed in the right direction with this project. I'm pleased with how it is looking so far. Will you be putting in
narration? What kind of interaction will you put into it?
All the best,
Tom

Hi Tina,
I just got your last email. It seems a combination of things have happened and I am sorry about that. You have
actually picked up what I was envisioning for the layout and pictures. I was hoping to just chat with you but my
computer wants to install windows 8.1 instead so that became a bust today as well.
This is suppose to be a simple in concept project but there are many parts to it.
I apologize for making you feel unsupported and I also apologize for not being able to say it to you.
What I wanted to get from you is how you envision the finished product would look and interact.

Hi Tom - I'm still working on pulling images, and I'm working on quiz slides for the concepts being presented as well
as trying to build an interactive build an actor/theatre piece. Not sure how it will come out, but trying my best to
make it an effective and interactive lesson for the kids. Yes of course there will be narration and music. - Thank you,
Tina
