REPORT INTRODUCTION

The facilities and services in university has the competency to improve the
development of a student socially and intellectually. The lack of facilities and
its incompetent services in a university is unable to produce high quality of
graduates to serve for the society purposes. For instance, the outdated facilities
and services is unable to trigger the students mindset intellectually. In addition,
the growing body of knowledge, the advancement of technology and the
increase in students serves as a challenge for the university to constantly satisfy
the variety needs and stimulate the mindset of students intellectually and
socially through the usage facilities and services. In order to improve students
intellectual and social development, the students perception on the facilities
and services in UBD will be assessed.
