Victoria continues to do well in her second placement of student teaching. She is an amiable professional who
strives to improve on a daily basis. She is able to self-reflect on her own instruction and identify areas were
she needs to improve and adjust. She is well received by her students and cooperating teacher. She will fit in
nicely with most any school setting because she is adaptable and flexible when necessary. She continues to
refine her classroom management skills, learning what works for her teaching style and what doesn't through
putting recommended best practices to the test.
