Proposal
In this first paragraph I will describe the right to bare arms and how it affects
our society. There are many people that are against these rights but are backed up
by their own information. There is also those people that feel as if it is a regular
right like freedom of speech. I will describe what this right is and lead into further
evidence,
Here I will present the reader with a case that was challenged back in the
eighteen hundreds and was debatable when it came to take action in what to do. I
will also have proof that will back up my opinion on this right and why I think the
decision that was taken for that situation was correct or incorrect.
Another case will be presented here that will contradict the first case but this
case will be a little bit later in the years than the first one, more like in the nineteen
hundreds or so. This case will be more of a positive outlook on this right that might
change the readers perception over this right.
In this last paragraph I will present a last major case that will prove my point
in this paper. This case will clearly state the controversies with this right and will
expose where it lies now in the twenty first century.
