consequences of the revolution through the early National period, including
the roles of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin.
Learning Objectives:
Students will be able to answer true/false, multiple choice, and free response
questions pertaining to important information we have covered in Unit 5
(Revolutionary War).

Review the social studies packet.
Statement of Objective or Purpose:
Today we will review for the test we are taking on Thursday.

Sequence of Activities:

Review packet, lessons 1-5. Have students take turns giving the answers
for each question in the packet.
Divide class into four teams to play Jeopardy. Explain the rules, and play!

Today we reviewed material about the American Revolution that will appear
on your test.
Self Evaluation and Reflection:
The students showed recall from the chapter on over 80% of the packet
questions. In addition, there were only three of the twenty five jeopardy
questions that stumped the class. The students showed that they were ready
to take the test. I was happy to see the students work together and have fun
while participating in an educational activity.
