Board Meetings
Decisions will be made and discussed by the board of directors during
their meetings
o Committee chairs speak with their committees about their opinion
and make a representative vote during those meetings
Rulings in board of directors meeting will be made by a majority however
compromise between majority and minority is ideal
Meetings will happen before class at 5:15 p.m. unless otherwise noted
and is open to all members
Committee
Decisions regarding the direction of each committee will be discussed by
the board directors however the committees are run in their own fashion
as decided by the group and committee chair. Committees should keep in
mind consensus is ideal.
While committee chairs are with their committees and a proposal is
brought up the committee chair will bring the motion forward in the next
board of directors meeting
Committee chairs are responsible for filling in their deputies prior to their
absence so the deputies are prepared for the board meeting
Conflict
If a member has an issue with another member in their committee they will
be in charge of handling it with that person. If the issue cannot be resolved
the problem can be presented to the committee leader. If a member has

an issue with the committee leader that cannot be resolved the problem
can be presented to either vice president or president. If a member has an
issue with either the vice president of president that cannot be resolved
the problem can be presented to their committee leader.
Communication/Contact
The vice president will be in charge of communicating any decisions made
in the board meeting or organization meeting through discussion board
and email
Committee chairs will send the vice president a typed document of the
minutes of their committee meetings by the Thursday after class
In case of emergencies, committee chair wanting to make a proposal
should contact the rest of the board of directors to set up a meeting
